About this file
This is a Pricing Sheet for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for construction of MARSOC Storage and Training Facilities at MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The solicitation number is N40085-126-R-9012, Project No. 25-0029, with an RFP release date of February 5, 2026.
The pricing sheet requires contractors to submit fixed prices for two line items. ELIN 0001 covers construction of a 4,000 square foot practical application classroom training facility, including combat trauma training capabilities, per provided drawings and specifications. ELIN 0002 covers construction of a 6,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with standing seam metal roof, brick veneer on steel stud backup, monolithic concrete foundation, floor slab, site work, and utilities. Contractors must provide pricing for both ELINs, with all prices including applicable costs, overhead, labor burden, and profit. Failure to propose on all line items will result in rejection as non-responsive. Government evaluation for award purposes will sum the prices for ELINs 0001 and 0002 in accordance with FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options, though evaluation does not obligate the Government to exercise any options.
