Contractor shall ensure that all designated personnel successfully complete the training prior to commencing work in these areas, maintain current qualification status, and renew the training annually. At the discretion of the OCTA Facility Maintenance Supervisor, training may be scheduled on the same day as approved work; however, it must be satisfactorily completed before any work begins. If Contractor’s scope of work does not require personnel to complete the training, Contractor shall coordinate with the OCTA Facility Maintenance Supervisor or designee to arrange for a safety-trained OCTA escort prior to performing work in these areas.
