About this file
This document provides answers to questions regarding Broad Agency Announcement BAA-RQKPD-2015-0001 for the Composite Airframe Life Extension program. The Air Force seeks to develop technologies to predict the residual strength, durability, damage tolerance and reliability of advanced composite structures over the lifespan of various aircraft in the Air Force fleet. The Broad Agency Announcement requests cost proposals for a kickoff meeting at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, a Technical Interchange Meeting that could take place either at the contractor's facility or at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and a contract final review meeting at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The document clarifies that the Technical Interchange Meeting is distinct from the two technical conferences or workshops referred to in the Broad Agency Announcement.
