About this file

This document outlines quality standards and performance metrics for materiel maintenance services at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Key requirements include establishing and managing equipment repair shops to process lateral transfers and perform technical inspections according to regulations. Other tasks involve performing repairs according to work requests and technical manuals, meeting minimum rejection rates for mechanical and electrical repairs, and complying with environmental regulations for air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance. Additional services encompass meeting Army metrics for timeliness and quality of tasks, maintaining tires and performing wheel alignments, installing auto glass, securing sensitive items, and managing small arms repair parts. The document also specifies standards for allied trades like welding, machining, painting, body repair, and carpentry work. It outlines requirements for shop supply and repair parts attainment, managing standard pricing items, and operating a production control system to manage the maintenance workload. Quality standards are provided for food service equipment repairs, inspections, and maintenance using authorized outside direct costs.
