Project NameProject Description
Mechanical Upgrade Quadrant 1400 (Phase I) - DesignThe Contractor shall design a solution in accordance with the mechanical strategy developed under contract H95001-10-D-0001, Task Order 8006. All lessons learned from these prior designs shall be incorporated into this design. The design shall install a new air handling unit (AHU) onto the open mechanical pad within room 108 to include all supporting components needed to make the AHU complete. The new AHU shall provide additional air supply capacity.
Room 1205 Facility Modification1205 CR- Provide an electrical design for one electrical outlet to support a Time Zone clock installation; Modify 1205-03- Provide a design to extend the South and West walls from true floor to true ceiling and install a new STC 50 door to meet A sound Group 4 rating. May involve moving electrical and mechanical infrastructure; Provide back-up cooling for Room 1205-04. Provide a design to replace the belt driven motor with 3 Direct Drive ECM motors
Building 720 Roof ReplacementReplace the Roofing System on Bldg 720 with a weather-tight system, drain to existing roof drains, and secured to resist loading per American Society of Civil Engineers Standard 7-10.
Mission Control Center A&B UpgradesUpgrade a refresh space to include furniture and Audio/Visual upgrades for MCC-A and B to support DT/GM Mission Requirements
Data Center Chilled Water Pumps & Piping - Implementation* Add a new dedicated chilled water piping circuit serving the 2200 Data Center Computer Room Air Conditioner (CRAC) units, sized to meet a cooling capacity of (14 ea.) 50-ton CRAC units.

* Upgrade the pump station by combining the existing Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) chilled water loop to the Data Center piping circuit. This will help provide standardization of all future chilled water pumps located in room B-63, which will minimize pump equipment inventories, space, and maintenance costs.

* Install a dedicated chilled water filtration unit to protect both existing and future CRACs throughout MDA from fouling while maintaining cooling efficiencies throughout.
