Changes to Upgrade Building Complex, Hilo:
A media converter was added for each VRF system (added on M-602, detail C3). A general note (note 7) was also added on M-602 to require this media converter for interfacing with the building network controller (to convert to a non-proprietary protocol).
A general note (Note 3) was also added on M-604 to require that all components of the VRF system be provided from the same manufacturer as required per UFC 3-410-02 for multi-split systems (including VRF systems) using non-proprietary networks.
