About this file
This is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the USS LEWIS B PULLER FY25 Voyage Repair Availability (VRA) pre-solicitation N6817125R0003. The NDA outlines the terms for receiving and handling technical data related to the repair work to be performed in Taranto, Italy from February 27 - March 13, 2025.
The agreement requires recipients to use the data strictly for proposal support, maintain security measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure, and limit data sharing to necessary subcontractors or suppliers who must also submit NDAs for Contracting Officer approval. Recipients must either destroy all data copies within 30 days of non-selection notice or, if awarded the contract, comply with DFARS 252.227-7025 requirements. The agreement includes provisions for non-U.S. companies to submit to U.S. laws and export control regulations, and requires recipients to confirm they have no debarred or suspended employees who will access the data.
