About this file
This is a technical proposal response template for Service Category 4 issued by the Florida Department of Management Services for RFP No. 26-84111600-RFP, establishing a state term contract for Auditing and Related Services. The solicitation seeks multiple statewide awards for programmatic and compliance auditing services and programmatic and compliance audit consulting services. Respondents must submit their proposals through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Event via the SAP Business Network and monitor the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) for updates throughout the procurement process. The RFP reserves the right for the Department to award to one or multiple respondents, either statewide or by region, or to make no award at its discretion.
Respondents are required to complete four specific prompts across two sections using this standardized template without alterations. Section 1 addresses Auditing Services with prompts requesting detailed descriptions of experience (maximum 8,000 characters) and proposed solution (maximum 12,000 characters). Section 2 addresses Audit Consulting Services with similar prompts requesting experience descriptions (maximum 8,000 characters) and proposed solutions (maximum 12,000 characters) that include advisory methodology, problem-solving approach, staffing structure, risk assessment techniques, and implementation roadmaps. Failure to respond to all four prompts or to adhere to character limits and formatting restrictions may result in a respondent being found non-responsive. Respondents should not submit additional files, hyperlinks, or resumes outside the designated response blocks, as such materials will not be considered for evaluation. Nicholas Baxter, Purchasing Analyst, serves as the contact at (850) 488-9996 or Nicholas.Baxter@dms.fl.gov.
