We are currently responding to NASA Johnson Space Center’s (JSC’s) Request for Proposal (RFP) for the CompreHensive Aircraft Readiness, Lifecycle, Engineering, and Support (CHARLES) contract. This RFP requires Offerors to identify customers and solicit their response regarding our performance and optionally, the performance of the proposed executive manager.

We are providing present and past performance data for the past 5 years to NASA JSC relating to our performance/ the performance of the proposed executive manager identified on contract ___________________ (contract name/number/proposed executive manager name). Based on your knowledge of the contract/proposed executive manager identified above, please provide your assessment of how well the contractor/proposed executive manager performed on each of the following questions. remedial action required in one or more areas; deficiencies in one or more areas which adversely affect overall performance.
