About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) Template for federal contract 80GRC026R0008. It serves as a placeholder and instructional guide for structuring work requirements rather than a solicitation for specific products or services.
The template outlines four primary sections that contractors must complete: (1) Introduction/Background, providing a brief effort overview; (2) Objectives, stating the overall effect the requirement will achieve; (3) Description of the Work/Contractor Tasks, defining major tasks with detailed descriptions of what must be achieved rather than how it will be performed, including all planned presentations, meetings, design reviews, continuation reviews, technical interchange meetings, status reports, and review/approval points; and (4) Deliverables/Milestones, which offerors should leave blank as a placeholder to be populated from their Overall Management Approach proposal section prior to contract award. The template requires that work descriptions for the base CLIN and each option be segregated and stand alone as independent sections. Offerors are instructed not to repeat the deliverables table in the SOW section itself, as this information will be inserted from proposal materials during the contract award process.
