About this file
This file is the Buy American Certificate provision (FAR 52.225-2) template that requires offerors to certify compliance with Buy American requirements for the VISN 19 Medical Gases and Cylinders IDIQ contract. The provision requires offerors to certify that their end products are domestic and contain critical components, list any foreign end products (including country of origin and whether they exceed 55% domestic content), and separately identify domestic end products containing critical components. This is a standard federal acquisition template that does not provide specific details about the required products or services.
The related contract opportunity is for medical gases and cylinders under an IDIQ contract for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration VISN 19, but the specific requirements are contained in a separate Combined Synopsis-Solicitation document that is not provided here.
