The provision establishes definitions and representation requirements for various small business categories including small business concerns, women-owned small business (WOSB), economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), HUBZone small business, and small disadvantaged business concerns. For this specific acquisition, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541350 with a small business size standard of $11.5 Million.
