The fire pump package consists of an Aurora Model 8-481-17B horizontal split case pump with 125# flanges, driven by a Cummins Model CFP-83-F20 diesel engine rated at 227 HP at 1770 RPM with 12-volt DC electrical system. The system includes a Cutler Hammer Model FD100 diesel fire pump controller rated for dual chargers, a G&L Model 1SV-5 stage jockey pump rated 1-1/2 HP at 480V single phase, and a Cutler Hammer jockey pump controller. The main relief valve is a 6-inch OCV angle main relief valve with 6" x 10" enclosed waste cone. Accessory power requirements include a 1-1/2 HP jockey pump (2.6 amps full load at 480V single phase), an engine preheater (*1500 watts at 120V single phase), and main controller AC power for battery charger (*30 amps at 120V single phase), with each requiring separate circuit breakers. The submittal includes comprehensive technical documentation covering pump performance curves, engine specifications, controller details, battery and cable requirements, cooling system piping data, fuel tank specifications, muffler selections, and exhaust flex connectors across multiple manufacturers including Aurora, Cummins Fire Power, and Eaton Cutler-Hammer.
