Summary: Attachment 3 - Delivery Schedule
This document is a delivery schedule for a weapon system development contract encompassing three primary components: weapons, ammunition, and fire control systems. The schedule outlines contractor deliverables organized into four phases: program start-up activities, design finalization activities, prototype test deliveries, and prototype test post-activities, with specific submission deadlines relative to key program milestones.
Program start-up activities require the contractor to conduct a scheduled program start-up meeting with read-ahead materials submitted five business days prior, along with quarterly technical and production metrics submissions. Design finalization deliverables include a marking plan due 60 days after award, pre-ship meetings for both prototype test (PT) and Technology in Context (TiC) hardware, and ammunition lot data packages due six weeks prior to shipment. Prototype test deliveries include 16 weapons, specified quantities of family ammunition variants (17,600 tactical rounds, 2,200 close-quarters battle, 2,700 canister, and 2,900 counter-small unmanned aircraft rounds), 28 fire control units, magazines, high-pressure test ammunition, technical manuals, system safety documentation, environmental assessments, and hazard classification reports—all due 30 days prior to PT. Post-PT activities require technical data packages, computer software deliverables if applicable, interface control documentation, and manufacturing maturity plans due 60 to 90 days after PT completion. Additional deliverables include quarterly integrated master schedule updates, integrated logistics support documentation, counterintelligence and operations security briefings as necessary, hazardous waste reports due 180 days after award with yearly updates, and accident/incident reports within 24 hours of occurrence. The government prototype test is scheduled to commence 15 months after contract award.
