About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act, issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division, dated August 22, 2026 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4281, Revision 39).
The wage determination applies to federal service contracts in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, specifically covering Virginia counties of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fauquier, Loudoun, Manassas Park, and Manassas; District of Columbia counties; and Maryland counties of Charles and Prince George's. The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for over 200 occupational classifications ranging from administrative support positions (such as accounting clerks at $22.71–$28.51 per hour) to specialized technical roles (such as registered nurses at $31.84–$56.48 per hour). All occupations listed receive a health and welfare benefit of $5.92 per hour (up to 48 hours per week, or $236.80 per week), vacation benefits accruing at 2 weeks after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Certain occupations with footnoted designations receive additional compensation: computer professionals earning at least $27.63 per hour are exempt from wage determination application; air traffic controllers and weather observers receive night differential pay and Sunday premiums; and employees in hazardous ordnance work receive 8 percent differentials, while those in moderate hazard positions receive 4 percent differentials. The determination includes uniform allowance provisions permitting reimbursement at $1.35 per week for cleaning and maintenance. A conformance process is established for occupational classifications not listed, requiring contractor submission of proposed classifications and wage rates within 30 days of contract award for Department of Labor review and approval.
