About this file
This document is a comprehensive Pricing Schedule for the GSU (Generator Step-Up) Transformer Supply contract for the Oahe and Fort Peck Dams. The pricing schedule details multiple Contract Line Items (CLINs) for transformer design, manufacturing, testing, delivery, and associated services across three main transformer types: one 103,000 kVA three-phase transformer for Oahe Dam, nine 68,667 kVA single-phase transformers for Oahe Dam, and two 42,000/56,000 kVA three-phase transformers for Fort Peck Dam. Each CLIN is broken down into sub-components including design approvals, tank production, winding construction, core construction, assembly, and on-site testing, with specific percentage allocations for each stage of production.
The document includes an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) section that allows for price modifications based on fluctuations in steel, copper, and transformer oil indices from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The contract requires detailed pricing for each transformer type and associated services, with specific instructions that prices must be entered for all items and that total amounts submitted without individual item prices will be rejected. The transformers are characterized by different voltage ratings, cooling classes, and specific technical specifications, with delivery and installation to be coordinated at the Oahe and Fort Peck Dam power plant locations. The procurement is being conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, with a primary NAICS code of 335311 for Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing.

NOTES:
1. Prices must be entered for all items of the schedule. Total amounts submitted without prices being entered on individual items will be rejected. Additions will be subject to verification by the
Government. In case of variation between the Job (lump sum) prices and the total amount, the lump sum prices will be considered the price submitted.
2. A modification to a proposal which provides for a single adjustment to the total amount submitted, should state the application of the adjustment to each respective lump sum price affected. If the modification is not so apportioned, the single adjustment will be applied to Item
Nos. 0001 thru 0014.
3. Prices must be entered for each sub-CLIN associated with CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0010. If the total CLIN price does not match the sum of all sub-CLINs, the cost of the sub-CLIN will be considered the price submitted.
