About this file
This document is the Scope of Services Appendices from the State of Illinois related to a vehicle emissions testing program. It details the required elements to be maintained on the Vehicle Inspection Database (VID) for this program. The elements cover vehicle information, vehicle owner information, test information, transaction history, notifications, compliance records, inspector certification, and repair details. The VID is required to track various data points associated with the emissions testing program, such as vehicle identification, test results, enforcement actions, and repair information. This program is administered by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA).
The document does not provide details on a specific contract opportunity. However, there is a related state and local contract opportunity referenced, which appears to be for the Vehicles Emissions Testing program. This contract opportunity is not currently open for vendor bids, as it was previously cancelled by mistake and is now a closed procurement.
