About this file

This document is the Appendix 10 - Required Reports from the State of Illinois Scope of Services for a vehicles emissions testing contract. The report details the various types of reports that the contractor must provide to the State agency, including quality assurance reports on repair waivers, OBD VIN/Vehicle mismatches, exception tables, motorist complaints, voided tests, and voluntary test voucher data. It also includes operational reports on official test results, throughput, inspector performance, calibration, transactions, and wait times. Statistical reports cover test summaries, OBD exceptions, facility performance, and compliance. The contract also requires specialized reports for self-service kiosks, mobile testing units (MTUs), and remote OBD testing. In addition, the contractor must provide audit reports, repair industry reports, and quality assurance reports.

The contract is for the State of Illinois' vehicle emissions testing program, which is a closed procurement due to a technical error in the original solicitation. Pricing terms, funding sources, and other salient commercial details are not provided in this document. The contract term and any renewal options are also not specified.
