About this file
This document contains a set of exemption, extension, and reciprocity forms related to the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 2005 and administered by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). The forms cover exemptions for sporting activity vehicles, parade or ceremonial vehicles, and vehicles located outside of the Illinois emissions testing area, as well as economic hardship extensions and repair waivers. The forms outline the eligibility requirements, documentation needed, and application submission process for each type of exemption or extension. The forms require applicants to provide vehicle information, ownership details, and certifications regarding the vehicle's use and the applicant's eligibility. Failure to comply with the requirements or provide false information may result in penalties. The IEPA reserves the right to require a visual inspection of the vehicle.
The document is related to a closed procurement for vehicle emissions testing services in the state of Illinois, which was mistakenly cancelled. There is no opportunity for vendors to bid on this contract. Any questions should be directed to the contact provided in the description.
