About this file
This document is the Appendix 12 - Vehicle Inspection Report Required Elements from the State of Illinois Scope of Services. It outlines the required elements that must be included in a Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR) for the state of Illinois's emissions testing program. The VIR must contain 48 specific data elements, including the VIR number, test result, VIN, license plate, vehicle details, readiness monitor status, DTC information, facility details, inspector information, and compliance certificate details.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the Vehicles Emissions Testing program in Illinois. This appears to be a closed procurement, as the previous solicitation (23-532EPA-AIR53-B-31956) was cancelled by mistake. No further bidding is currently open, and interested parties should contact the provided contact for any questions.
