The document establishes two primary labor categories for this indefinite delivery contract: Journeyman or Master Plumber positions and Plumbing Apprentice or Helper positions. The Master/Journeyman Plumber category encompasses installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems and related equipment in facilities and institutional settings, including water distribution systems, sanitary sewer and storm drain systems, backflow prevention devices, hot water heaters, boilers, pumps, and valves. The Plumbing Apprentice/Helper category provides support functions under direct supervision, including material handling, basic pipe work, troubleshooting assistance, and maintenance of work areas and tools.
