About this file

This document is Addendum #2 issued by NOVA Engineering & Environmental LLC for the Valencia College East Campus Canopy #3 Covered Walkway project (NOVA Project #10109-0523129). The addendum modifies the original project scope by allocating 2,000 square feet for repairing metal structural components of the canopy, which extends beyond the initial work parameters. The contractor will be responsible for removing and reinstalling metal panels to ensure proper access for repairs and must provide a unit cost per square foot for any additional work required.

The addendum does not specify exact pricing details but indicates that the contractor must be prepared to quote additional work beyond the 2,000 square feet allocation. This modification suggests potential complexity in the repair process and allows flexibility for unexpected repair needs. The document is dated January 8, 2024, and is signed by the Business Unit Manager and Project Engineer, indicating formal approval of the scope change within the existing contract framework for the Valencia College project.
