About this file
This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and a draft request for proposal (RFP) for food services and logistics training. The CDRL outlines a requirement for an initial staffing plan to be submitted during contract phase-in and when significant changes occur. The staffing plan must address hiring and training processes to ensure a competent workforce capable of meeting technical requirements. It must also describe how quality deliverables will be submitted on schedule despite personnel changes.
The draft RFP from the Military Sealift Command seeks proposals for food services and logistics training. Interested parties are invited to provide feedback on the performance work statement, contract structure, and evaluation criteria. Responses are requested by March 8, 2024 to inform requirements and promote competition, though this is not an official solicitation. A final RFP may be issued on SAM.gov.
