About this file

This is a Statement of Work and equipment specification document for a County procurement of an air compressor system. The vendor is responsible for furnishing and installing a compressor system by August 17, 2026, including all labor, tools, rigging, and incidental materials required for mechanical assembly, component reconnection, connection to the existing compressed air distribution header, condensate drain line connection, and verification of all safety devices and controls. The installation scope includes factory-authorized startup and commissioning with documentation submitted within five business days of completion, as well as on-site operator and maintenance training of a minimum two-hour duration conducted by the vendor's factory-authorized technician. A critical requirement specifies that all components and sub-assemblies must be capable of passing through a 46-inch wide doorframe without structural modification, with any required disassembly for transport documented and reassembly instructions provided.

The vendor must deliver the system via lift-gate equipped truck with offload and staging at the installation site, coordinating delivery access with the County at least five business days in advance. The County is responsible for electrical rough-in, compressed air distribution piping beyond the system outlet connection point, and providing a level, reinforced concrete or structural floor adequate for the unit weight prior to the scheduled installation date. The vendor shall provide certified weight data at least ten business days in advance of delivery. The proposal includes a 24-month warranty on the compressor pump and a 12-month parts and labor warranty on the system, with optional extended annual warranty coverage available. All costs for permits, licenses, calibration with certificates, system model designation, and delivery are the vendor's responsibility and must be included in the total price quoted.
