The amendment modifies the project timeline and calendar of events for the procurement. Key dates include an advertising period beginning December 1, 2025, with RFP documents posted to the Franklin County Purchasing website. Written questions from vendors are due by 5:00 PM EST on December 9, 2025, with answers posted to the website by 5:00 PM EST on December 19, 2025. The proposal submission deadline is January 14, 2026, at 3:30 PM EST, at which time sealed proposals will be publicly opened and proposer names read aloud. The estimated contract or service start date is targeted for the first quarter of 2026. Sealed proposals received after the deadline will be rejected, and the timestamp from the Franklin County Purchasing Department will serve as the official record for determining timely submission. The opening of sealed proposals will take place virtually via Microsoft TEAMS, with information available on the Franklin County Purchasing Office website.
No pricing terms, set asides, incumbent information, or funding requirements are detailed in this amendment document. The amendment serves solely as notification of the modified project timeline and requires bidders to submit the confirmation page with their bid to acknowledge receipt of Amendment #1.
