About this file
This is Amendment 1 to Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 2026-03-03 issued by Franklin County, Ohio, through its Purchasing Department under the direction of Megan A. Perry-Balonier, Director. The RFP solicits proposals for Wayfinding Signage Manufacturing and Installation services across multiple county facilities and parking structures. The amendment, dated April 2, 2026, modifies nine project-specific documents by removing projected cost information from each. A Pre-Bid Meeting and Tour has been added to the RFP packet to allow vendors to gain site familiarity. Written vendor questions must be submitted to Patricia Wells, Contract Specialist, at the Franklin County Purchasing Department by April 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. All vendor communications must be directed through the Purchasing Department, and vendors are prohibited from contacting other county representatives regarding this procurement.
The amendment specifies that all other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain in full force and effect. Vendors are required to submit the amendment with their bid response as confirmation of receipt, including the signature of an authorized representative, company name, and date. No pricing information, set-aside provisions, incumbent contractor details, or funding sources are disclosed in this amendment document. The amendment serves primarily as a procedural notice updating project documentation and establishing communication protocols and deadlines for the procurement process.
