Spin Eject Mechanism
Solicitation SF33 Amendment 5
Sections 14-18 1 Spin Eject Mechanism Solicitation Do you need a signed version of Amendment 5 to prove interest in providing an offer?
Offerors should sign the SF33 for Amendment 5 (Sections 14-
18) and include it with the proposal submission.
2 Spin Eject Mechanism SOW/SPEC/DILS N/A N/A Spin Eject Mechanism Requirements Documents
Which start date for the schedule should we consider for the schedule assessment? It is mentioned that this will be the point of time of contract award.
The schedule begins at the time of contract award.
3 Spin Eject Mechanism SOW/SPEC/DILS N/A N/A Spin Eject Mechanism Requirements Documents Are the delivery dates for the models already firm or is there some flexibility?
There is some flexibility in the due dates. Proposals should include the best dates the vendor feels they can meet, even if they do not meet the required dates per the RFP. These kinds of deviations will be considered against all other aspects of the proposal to determine which proposal presents the best overall value to the government. If an offeror proposes a due date outside of the requirement they need to understand that this could generate an evaluation finding and they are doing so at their own risk.
4 Spin Eject Mechanism SOW/SPEC/DILS N/A N/A Spin Eject Mechanism Requirements Documents
In the deliverable hardware list there are several models mentioned (e.g. 2x AMs). Does the Government need all of them on a higher level or can we skip any model due to our heritage product?
The Government has multiple system-level builds of CCRS as well as parallel subsystem V&V efforts and at this time believe all hardware requested will be required.
