About this file
This supplemental information document supports the Pump Station 92 Replacement Invitation for Bid (IFB 044-26-RM) in Florida and provides technical resources for contractor review. The project involves construction of a new quadruplex submersible pump station with above-ground valve array to replace the existing Pump Station 92 located at 6636 Buck Lake Rd. The scope of work encompasses deep foundations using micropiles for the wet well and bypass structure, grading, clearing, stormwater retention area construction with energy dissipator, driveway demolition and replacement, fencing and gate removal and replacement, landscaping, gravity sanitary sewer piping with manholes, force main piping, bypass pumping, erosion control, electrical and water service installation, generator installation, electrical/motor control equipment array and shade structure construction, demolition and decommissioning of the existing pump station, sheeting and shoring, dewatering, and production of as-builts and record drawings. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. The contractor must maintain operation of the existing pump station during new construction and complete all work in a timely and first-class workmanlike manner.
The supplemental information includes two key technical documents provided for contractor reference: the Report of Geotechnical Investigation for Wet Well Construction dated February 10, 2026 (Appendix E) and the Pump Station 92 Subsurface Utility Engineering Test Hole Report dated April 11, 2025 (Appendix F), both available on Bonfire. The contractor is expressly responsible for locating existing utilities and examining soil conditions within the project area to determine their collective effects on the work, regardless of the inclusion of these supplemental documents.
