OVERVIEW
General Information
The basic services under this proposed contract are renewal functions. These functions are on contract to support FLETC training requirements. The FLETC began full operations in Artesia, NM, in 1989. This solicitation is for a follow-on contract. Historical data is provided as follows.

*Role Players are part-time. This quantity fluctuates based on student population and training schedules.
Role Player requirements include male and female. It is estimated that approximately 65% of the role players on staff would be required to be bilingual (Spanish/English) and fluent in the Spanish language.
The current contract provides transportation, Firearms, Vehicle Maintenance, and Driver Training support services not included in workload data.
NOTE: How personnel are organized is up to the Contractor. The Government makes no representation as to the adequacy and labor mix of the incumbent contractor’s workforce. The current workforce is based on a daily student population of 700-1000.
The student count rises and falls based on the requirements of the partnering organizations, training funds available and the FLETC training needs.

PT Uniforms are issued as requested, these uniforms are student and instructor and fluctuate based on student daily ARSP.
Uniforms are issued per agency/class Estimated average of seven (classes) per month.
NOTE: The number of photographs, graduation docs, and schedules fluctuates with the number of graduation classes or classes per month and the number of students in each of those classes
Presently the contractor uses approximately 8-9 cases of Squencher/Gatorade type drink mix per day (approximately 30 gallons/case). This fluctuates on the number of students and season of year (increased consumption in the summer). The contractor furnished approximately 8,000 (7 ounces) cups/month.
