| 13 | We had sight of this RFP late last week and apparently missed the deliverable of past performance on March 21st. However upon reading the outline on page M4, Factor 3, Past Performance, the evaluators will rate the proposal neutral, being neither negatively or positively. |
Does this mean that we are still able to submit for this RFP and are not disqualified because of the March 21st submission requirement?

| The past performance questionnaire is contained in Attachment #8 Past Performance Questionnaire. Responses to questions submitted by interested vendors were posted with RFP amendment #0003 on Tuesday, March 26th, 2019. | ||

| 16 | With the change to Scenario 10, which removes the Just in Time requirement and adds 50,000 inspections to the total inspection quantity, the total of the 13 scenarios is now 292,500. This is in contrast to Attachment 5.1, tab CLIN 0002 Inspections Disaster, which has inspection quantities of 242,500. Can FEMA please clarify which inspection quantity is correct? If 292,500 is correct, can FEMA please provide an updated Attachment 5.1? If 242,500 is correct, can FEMA please provide a revised Scenario 10? | An amendment to the RFP was posted to edit the quantity of inspections for Scenario #4 and Scenario #10 to 50K each, bringing the total number of inspections for all 13 scenarios to 242,500. |
