Summary:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

· Extend Phase 1 Part A response due date to January 19, 2026 at 5:00 pm ET.

· Phase 1 (Part A) – Capability to Perform: Bonding Requirement (Factor 1). The amount for individual Task Order Payment and Performance bonding is hereby increased to $500 million per Task Order (“TO”), with aggregate TO award Payment and Performance bonding remaining unchanged in the amount of $2 billion.

· Resubmission to Phase 1 Part 1 is required if submitted previously.

All other provisions, terms and conditions remain unchanged.
