About this file
This document outlines the maintenance work plan development process for tactical infrastructure assets within the Tucson Sector in Arizona. The process involves nine steps over 90 days, beginning with the contracting officer's representative and area coordinator gathering requirements and planning a site visit. They then send the requirements to the contractor and develop work descriptions. The contractor develops a cost estimate and enters the work plan into the Work Management System. The contracting officer's representative reviews and finalizes the work plan, gaining approval from department directors before activating it in the system.
The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 70B01C21R00000008 to provide maintenance, repair and improvement services for tactical infrastructure assets in the Tucson Sector categories of roads and bridges, fencing and gates, vegetation control, debris removal, border lighting and electrical systems, drainage and grates, and tunnel remediation. Services will be required within the specified timeframe and location according to the attached statement of work.
