Level Description-Amendment #3
Amended the Logistics Analyst labor category -changed information in the column titled “Years of
Relevant Experience.”
Amended the Program Manager labor category description to remove COTR and add COR.
Attachment J007-PSS QASP- Amended to correct Section (3) to reference H.8
Attachment L001 -Price Proposal
Bid Model-Amendment #3
Amended the L-0001 Attachment as follows:
(1)For consistency- edited L001B to match labor categories listed in L001A.
(2)Added notes to L001C and L001D that offerors may modify formulas.
(3)Added the proposed Indirect rate ceiling tables to L-001F
(1) The original L001B didn’t list labor categories that had 0 hours.
(2) Now allows Offerors to add or remove columns to align with Offeror’s government approved practices, also added instruction on how to calculate escalation rates.
(3) now aligned with information requested for Section B7.2.
L002-ATS_Sample Task Order Amended to remove Information Management
Services from the Core Capabilities list.
L005 Customer Past Performance Survey-
Amended Instructions Section to provide, the
April 27, 2020, extended SIR closing date.
Surveys already provided to the Government prior to this change are accepted.
Additionally, the Government will continue to assess the need to further extend the April 27, 2020, proposal deadline based on the COVID-19 related factors. Concerns related to hard copy proposals are also under consideration by the
FAA. Please continue to monitor BETA.SAM.gov for future guidance on this topic. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment #3 with their Offers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
