This order is pursuant to G.1.1 and G.1.2 Placement of Task Orders and Work Orders Against the Contract as well as other sections of the contract.

B.1 WORK ORDER CEILING INFORMATION

The ceiling value for this Work Order is in the amount shown below. This ceiling cannot be exceeded except by approval and modification by the FAA Contracting Officer Representative.

The contractor shall not exceed this amount without authorization of the FAA Contracting Officer Representative.

B.2 FUNDING INFORMATION

Per 3.3.1-14 Limitation of Funds, the incremental funding provided for this Work Order is in the amount shown below and represents the Government’s maximum liability for this task unless modified in writing by the FAA Contracting Officer Representative. The contractor shall not exceed this amount without additional funding provided by the Contracting Officer Representative.

C. SCOPE

The contractor shall provide quality programmatic support to the Program Management Office (PMO) Directorates. The PMO ensures greater visibility, tighter alignment and closer integration of complex, interdependent NextGen initiatives and innovative technology. The PMO plays a critical role in the success of NextGen by acting as the bridge between strategic requirements and tactical program implementation to improve the safety and efficiency of our National Airspace System.

This Work Order entails a broad set of work activities and skills to support management activities within the Program Management Organization. Requirements shall fulfil:

• Strategic Planning

• Analytical Support

• Programmatic Support

D. STATEMENT OF WORK

The Contractor must provide support to the Air Traffic System Directorate (AJM-2) in accordance with the following Program Support Services (PSS) Statement of Work (SOW) functional areas:

D.1 Systems Engineering The Contractor must support all aspects of systems engineering for Air Traffic Systems’ programs and initiatives identified in section C. System Engineering task include, but are not limited to, the following: operational concepts and requirements preparation/review; problem reports tracking and analysis; developing and validating systems requirements; engineering studies and assessments; risk assessments; interface analysis; architecture and design assessments; trade studies; mission need analysis; life-cycle cost analysis; technical evaluations and studies; cost-benefit assessments;

Reliability Maintainability and Availability (RMA) analysis; maintaining databases; system design analysis; performance analyses; documentation reviews; technical meetings participation/facilitation;

and the testing, evaluation, integration and installation of software.

D.2 Program Management Support The Contractor must support all aspects of Program Management involving the planning, developing, organizing, coordination and conduct of Air Traffic System organizational activities to ensure FAA operational policies, processes and program elements are integrated, and documented within the Directorate.

The contractor may be required to travel to locations in the continental United States. All travel must be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations and FAA Travel Regulations and with prior written approval of the COR.
