About this file
The document is a 52.225-2 Buy American Act Certificate template for Commercially Available Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items. The form requires offerors to disclose foreign end products, indicating their country of origin and whether they exceed 55% domestic content. Vendors must list line items, countries of origin, and certify whether products are domestically produced by checking the appropriate boxes and signing the form. The instructions specify that for non-American made COTS items, only the line item number and country of origin columns need to be completed. This certificate is typically used to ensure compliance with Buy American Act requirements in federal procurement processes.
