About this file

This is a Proprietary Information document from the City of Arlington, Office of Procurement, related to the procurement of replacement vehicles for Handitran. The solicitation seeks to procure up to four (4) transit vehicles and a portable electric vehicle (EV) charging solution. The City of Arlington strongly encourages electronic submission of proposals to the Office of the Procurement Manager, with paper submissions accepted at 101 S. Mesquite, Suite 800, Arlington, Texas, 76010 in sealed envelopes labeled with the company name, solicitation number, and title. Late proposals will not be accepted. All solicitation notifications and documents are distributed exclusively through Euna Procurement, and the City assumes no responsibility for solicitations received through other channels, which may result in incomplete specifications or addendums.

Vendors who believe certain information in their submittal is proprietary must clearly mark and identify each such page by including the word "PROPRIETARY" in all caps and highlighted yellow on the bottom center of the page at the time of submission. All submitted material becomes public property subject to the Texas Public Information Act upon receipt, and the final determination of what information must be disclosed rests with the Texas Attorney General. Pricing information cannot be marked proprietary and will be made publicly available in bid/proposal tabs following review of all submissions. Failure to identify proprietary information will result in all unmarked sections being deemed non-proprietary and available upon public request.
