About this file

This is a submission template for Factor 2 (Firm Experience) of the GSA Leasing Support Services Max (GLS Max) solicitation (47PH5326R0017). The template requires offerors to document their firm's commercial broker services experience in tenant and owner representation within the last five years, organized by Transaction Manager. Offerors must submit detailed information on 65 projects, including client name and contact information, space type, project dates, contract award date, service type, owner/tenant representation scope, total contract value, project size in rentable square footage, government contract numbers if applicable, project location, subcontractor types, prime/subcontractor status, and the responsible entity name as listed in SAM.gov.

The template includes two parts: Part 1 requires a comprehensive matrix listing all 65 projects with the aforementioned data fields, and Part 2 requires detailed narratives (limited to 6,000 characters per project) for three specific complex projects that demonstrate the offeror's ability to manage challenging situations. Complex projects are defined as those with higher complexity factors including large project size, construction build-out, above-standard service negotiations, multiple stakeholders, consolidations, or multiple agency requirements at single locations. Offerors must describe the project situation, challenges encountered, resolution strategies employed, and specific results achieved for each of the three selected projects.
