About this file
This file is a submission template (RFP Attachment 3) for documenting firm experience as part of the GSA Leasing Support Services Max (GLS Max) solicitation (47PH5326R0017). The template requires offerors to submit detailed information on 65 commercial real estate brokerage projects completed within the last five years involving tenant or owner representation services. Submissions must be organized by individual Transaction Manager, with each project entry requiring documentation of client name and contact information, client type, space type, project dates (both estimated and actual), contract award date, service type, representation level (owner or tenant), total contract value, project size in rentable square footage, government contract number if applicable, project location, subcontractor types utilized, and the offering firm's level of authority (prime or subcontractor). The template contains 65 numbered project rows for data entry.
Additionally, the template requires offerors to provide detailed narratives for three selected projects from the 65 submitted, with each description limited to 6,000 characters. These narratives must address complex project situations, challenges encountered, resolution strategies employed, and specific results achieved. Complex projects are defined as those with higher degrees of difficulty including large project sizes, construction build-out requirements, above-standard service negotiations, management of multiple stakeholders, consolidations, or multiple agency requirements at a single location. This submission component evaluates the offeror's capability to execute and manage sophisticated lease acquisition and real estate services under the GLS Max multiple-award IDIQ contract vehicle.
