About this file
This document contains a construction manager as constructor (CMc) solicitation and a related construction product tracking form. The General Services Administration is seeking a CMc for renovations at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building in Cleveland, Ohio, and Defense Finance and Accounting Service consolidations. The estimated construction costs are between $50-70 million, with construction to begin in February 2021 over approximately five years. The solicitation package will be available on September 15, 2020, with the pre-proposal conference on September 29th and offers due on October 19th. The construction product tracking form provides a template for contractors to document sustainable products used in compliance with specifications such as VOC limits, recycled content, certifications, and material composition.
