Supplemental Pricing Form - SF1442 Attachment Solicitation No. 47PF0020R0040 Seized Property Vault at the Fort Street Cargo Inspection Facility, 2810 West Fort Street, Detroit, Michigan.
CLIN ITEM PRICE
1 Base Contract $
2 Option No. 1, Additional Site Vehicle Guardrail Demolition, specified in Division 01 Section 017320 Selective Demolition, located in an existing paved truck circulation area, as indicated on the Drawings, labeled "Option No.1".
3 Option No. 2, Provide bench and trash receptacle relocation as indicated on CS100.
Provide bench thickened slab extensions as detailed on C501.
4 Option No. 3, Provide all the metal shelving units and installation as indicated on Drawing A701 and in Specification Section 105613 – Metal Storage Shelving.
5 Option No.4, Provide installation for the wall-mounted weapons storage units and weapon clearing barrel as indicated on Drawing A701.
6 Option No. 5, Provide carpet, wall base, or painting finishes in Rooms 111 and 111B.
Provide wall base or painting finishes in Rooms 109 and 110. Finishes are indicated on Drawing A701 and in Specification Sections 096513 – Resilient Wall Base, 096813 – Tile Carpeting, and 099123 – Interior Painting.
7 Option No. 6, Bid Option: Provide 24 LF of plastic laminate base cabinets and 18 LF of plastic laminate upper cabinets in the Seizure Processing Area. Provide 24 LF of solid surface countertop to coordinate with base cabinets. Items are indicated on Drawings A100 and A701 and in Specification Sections 064116 – Plastic Laminate-Clad Architectural Cabinets and 123661.16 – Solid Surface Countertops.
8 Option No. 7, Bid Option: Provide high-impact wall base as indicated on Drawing A701 in Room C116 and as indicated in Specification Section 102600 - Wall and Door Protection.
Provide all corner guards as indicated on Drawing A701.
9 Total Contract Price ( Base + Options) $
10 Alternate No. 1, Colored concrete precast panels instead of base bid brick inlay. Precast in two colors with reveal between colors to separate colors and form an accent band.

10 Unit Price Item No. 1, Dewatering
1. Description: Provide all Work required for dewatering at all excavations according to Division 31 Section 312319 “Dewatering”.
2. Measurement: Per Day of Dewatering.
11 Unit Price Item No. 2, Dewatering
1. Description: One cubic yard of unsatisfactory soil excavation and disposal off-site and proper controlled replacement with #2 crushed limestone, as required, according to Section 312000 "Earth Moving."
2. Measurement: Cubic yard.
12 Unit Price Item No. 3, Engineered Fill
1. Description: Provide one cubic yard of satisfactory engineered fill. Installation shall comply with compaction requirements on structural drawings and according to Division 31 Section 312000 “Earth Moving.”
2. Measurement: Cubic yard.
13 Unit Price Item No. 4, Geogrid
1. Description: One roll of Tensar BX1300 geogrid, roll sized 13.12’ x 164’, installed as needed and directed by project geotechnical engineer, in multiple disparate locations.
2. Measurement: Roll of material
14 Unit Price Item No. 5, Proof rolling
1. Description: Furnish and operate at the direction of the Special Inspector or Geotechnical Engineer, heavy pneumatic tired compaction equipment for compacting soils for stability and uniformity of compaction.
2. Measurement: One hour, measured to the nearest 0.1 hour, during which the heavy pneumatic tired roller has been engaged in proof rolling in the presence of the Engineer (stated above).
