Q) What kind of run time are they looking for on the UPS?
A) 24 hours.
Q) For the cameras what are the camera requirements (i.e. “X” Megapixel MP, Lens Fixed / Vari-focal, etc.) for the following:
a. Fixed Cameras
b. Fisheye Cameras
c. PTZ Camera
A) 720P, Variable, Refer to Specification 282300 Video Surveillance for minimum specifications, Per Project Documentation, final surveillance equipment approval by local CBP Project Representative. Cameras must be on the approved list.
Q) Who will provide the switches for the networked devices?
A) CBP will provide network switches.
Q) Raid devices for the CCTV are mentioned in the cabinets. Are we to provide NVR’s with
RAID?
A) Yes, see Project Specification 282300.
