About this file
This solicitation is for general construction services for the renovation of resident and non-resident judges' chambers at the Elbert P. Tuttle Federal Building in Atlanta, Georgia. The General Services Administration intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract using the lowest price technically acceptable selection process. Renovations are required for two resident judge chambers and four non-resident judge chambers to accommodate the needs of the Court of Appeals. The contract is set aside for small businesses only. The estimated price range for construction services is between $1 million and $5 million. The solicitation will include technical and price proposals that will be evaluated separately, with award going to a single offeror to provide all required construction and renovation work.
