Please note that as the design progresses and materials are selected GSA will review the attic stock recommended by the Design-Builder for the products and etc that are selected in the design process. The Design-Builder shall ensure that this minimum the following attic stock is provided to the project:

Material Description of Requirements Acoustical Panel Ceilings 1. Acoustical Ceiling Units: Full-size panels equal to 2 percent of quantity installed.

2. Suspension-System Components: Quantity of each exposed component equal to 2 percent of quantity installed.

Tile Carpeting Carpet Tile: Full-size units equal to 5 percent of amount installed for each type indicated, but not less than 10 sq. yd.

Sound-Absorbing Wall Units Furnish extra materials from same production run that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents.

1. Mounting Devices: Full-size units equal to 5 percent of amount installed, but no fewer than five devices, including unopened adhesives.

Interior Painting Paint: 5 percent, but not less than of each material and color applied.

Room-Identification Panel Signage Furnish extra materials that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents.

Phenolic-Core Toilet Compartments A. Furnish extra materials that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents.

1. Door Hinges: Three hinge(s) with associated fasteners.

2. Latch and Keeper: Three latch(es) and keeper(s) with associated fasteners.

3. Door Bumper: Three door bumper(s) with associated fasteners.

4. Door Pull: Three door pull(s) with associated fasteners.

5. Fasteners: Ten fasteners of each size and type.

Demountable Partitions Partition Components: Furnish a quantity of each type of full-size unit with installation tools and materials equal to one percent of the amount installed, but no fewer than two units. Any pieces on the door system including any gaskets and pieces that hold the track in place equal to one percent but no less than 10.

Wall and Door Protection A. Furnish extra materials that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents.

1. Mounting and Accessory Components: Amounts proportional to the quantities of extra materials. Package mounting and accessory components with each extra material

Roller Window Shades Roller Shades: Full-size units equal to 5 percent of quantity installed for each size, color, and shade band material indicated, but no fewer than two units.

Manufactured Wood-Veneer-Faced Casework Furnish complete touch up kit for each casework finish provided. Include fillers, stains, finishes, and other materials necessary to perform permanent repairs to damaged casework finish

Building Management System A.Provide three service kits for use by Owner's personnel in testing and making minor service adjustments to the system. Include as a minimum:

1. All specialized nonstandard tools and adapters and fittings required for operating, maintaining, testing and adjustment of the system.

2. Lubricant required for automatic valves and automatic dampers, one year supply.

Panelboards A. Furnish extra materials that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents.

1. Keys: Two (2) spares for each type of panelboard cabinet lock.

2. Circuit Breakers Including GFCI and Ground Fault Equipment Protection (GFEP) Types: Two (2) spares for each panelboard.

3. Fuses for Fused Switches: Equal to 10 percent of the quantity installed for each size and type, but no fewer than three (3) of each size and type.

4. Fuses for Fused Power-Circuit Devices: equal to ten (10) percent of the quantity installed for each size and type, but no fewer than three (3) of each size and type

Wiring Devices Provide five (5) spare devices for each type used on the project

Luminaires and Accessories A. Provide spare materials described below that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents. Provide at least one (1) of each type.

1.Lamps: Five (5) for every 100 of each type and rating installed. - (all lights on this job LED 2.Plastic Diffusers and Lenses: One (1) for every 100 of each type and rating installed.

3.Battery and Charger: One (1) for every 20 emergency lighting units installed.

4.Drivers: One (1) for every 100 of each type and rating installed.

5.Globes and Guards: One (1) for every 20 of each type and rating installed.

Lighting Control Devices Provide five (5) spare devices for each type used on the project.

Soap Dispensers Request (1) full set of soap Dispenser

Water Filters Request (1) extra Water filter for each refrigerator installed last updated: 11/08/2023
