About this file

This document is an amendment to the appendix containing mandatory requirements for telephony equipment and services for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the State of New Mexico Department of Information Technology (DoIT). The RFP seeks to establish multiple price agreements for the procurement of telephony equipment, software, and related services from at least one of the following manufacturer types: 1) Avaya, and/or 2) any other equipment manufacturers. The scope includes supporting the State's existing enterprise-level communication environment, which currently provisions more than 20,000 devices statewide across different platforms including Avaya, Cisco, Fujitsu, and Mitel. The price agreement shall be for two calendar years in duration with options to renew, not exceeding a total of ten years.

The mandatory requirements outlined in the document include specifications for telephony equipment, monthly reporting, equipment warranty coverage, shipping of parts for outages, end-user and administrative training, system and network availability, maintenance and support, failure prioritization, phone subscription services, backup and disaster recovery, maintenance and support of Cisco hyperconverged infrastructure, server OS patch management, and SSL certificate management. The document also specifies that all work must be performed within the United States.
