About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the State of New Mexico Department of Information Technology (DoIT) to establish multiple price agreements for the procurement of Telephony Equipment, Software, and Related Services. The RFP seeks to establish price agreements by manufacturer type, including Avaya and other equipment manufacturers, to provide enterprise-level telephony solutions for the State of New Mexico government, which currently provisions more than 20,000 devices across different platforms. The price agreements will have a duration of two calendar years, with options to renew, not exceeding a total of ten years.
The pricing terms outlined in this document include the highest minimum percentage discounts off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for current and future telephony equipment, software, and maintenance and support services. The contractor will be required to extend the highest minimum discounts included in their final response, and any additional discounts made available by the manufacturer that exceed the minimum. The procurement aims to support the existing enterprise-level communication environment for the State of New Mexico.
