About this file

This document is a Presolicitation Notice for the General Services Administration (GSA) to lease office space in the Sacramento Metro Area. The Presolicitation provides details on the required office space, including the space requirements, technical specifications, and performance criteria. Key details include a total usable square footage of 32,046 across multiple rooms, some of which require heavy loading capacity and raised flooring. The space needs to support mission-critical functions such as a hydro system control center, data center, and telecommunications room. Specific rooms and their required features are listed, such as conference rooms, an ICSD operations room, and a staff support area. The anticipated procurement method is a lease with GSA as the procuring agency. No additional information is provided on the response dates, award dates, pricing terms, set asides, or incumbent. This appears to be a pre-solicitation document rather than a complete solicitation.
