Question 4: Reference to Global Positioning System nor GNSS could not be found in the specifications or on plans.

Question 5: We read the specs on the Columbarium and they need to made on the island of Oahu and we have called all the Pre-cast concrete Suppliers on the island and none of them have the forms to make the Columbarium and Lindsay / Universal Precast / Koppenberg (provided the Columbarium at the last expansion) don’t have operations on Oahu. Can you please let people know who the VA has found that can supply and source these on the island.

Answer: The NCA prefers the precast units are fabricated locally to avoid additional shipping costs and provide better quality assurance / quality control of the end product. The NCA is willing to waive the requirement within the specifications of fabricating the units locally but will not tolerate damaged product or delays to the project schedule due to shipping.
