Questions & Answers for RFP 36C25920R0096, Emergency Department and

Support Expansion / 660-800 – v3:

1. Previous SLC VA projects have allowed submission of relevant projects which are more than 80% complete.

Will the VA allow past performance for recent design build projects as long as they are

80% complete at an active medical center?

(The following is reference from a previous SLC VA solicitation) For purposes of this evaluation, a relevant project is further defined as a construction of an addition to a medical facility. Project(s) shall have a minimum value of $$ and completed, including all options, within the past five years from date of issuance of this RPF, or ongoing projects more than 80% complete including all options.

No – projects need to be 100% completed.

FURTHER CLARIFICATION: This is 100% completion of both AE Design and

Construction of the design provided.

2. Please confirm that Factor 2, Technical Approach (page 13 of 68) is truly only one page?
