Just wanted to verify if you received the cut sheets for the pass through windows. They shouldn’t be CR Laurence, but Terra Universal

Good afternoon James, Please see notes below. The refrigerator in room 2C120 and hood in 2C122 will be reused from the current space. We will have them cleaned and wrapped, the original plan was to have them stored in an area in/around the construction zone – is this still a possibility?

Phil, M3070 Hamper not needed. Everything is disposable

P2000, P2001 The eyewash and shower were supposed to have been moved from this room to room 2C-120 (Ante Room)

R6060-E This refrigerator will be new

L2336-E This hood (safety cabinet) will be new

If possible I would like any comments back by COB today.

Thanks

Can I send you the equipment plan to give it one last look?

Hi Jim, That was part of the original plan, . We will need to order some additional equipment, but that should already be part of the equipment plan phil

Good morning Jim, We have a refrigerator and 2 IV hoods in that space that will be reused after construction. If we cannot wrap them and store them in the building, then we will need to work something out with Logistics

Below are a couple of questions contractors bidding on the cancer center remodel have asked. I don’t recall any discussion on what will happen to the existing equipment located in the pharmacy area. Please review the questions and let me know when you would be able to meet to discuss.

1.Specifications have been provided for Lab Equipment (refrigerators, safety cabinets) however the Equipment Schedule lists these as “existing”. Please verify if contractor is to provide new or if existing is to be re-installed. Is there a plan to purchase new equipment? Is equipment currently in use on the 4th floor need to be moved and installed in the new pharmacy once completed?

1.Will the VA remove all furniture and equipment from second floor area of work prior to construction start? What is the plan for existing equipment.

Will it be reused and if so who would move?

Thanks
