About this file
This is a staffing cap spreadsheet that establishes maximum personnel limits for the DoWEA Pacific South District Warehouse Support Services contract. The document defines staffing ceilings across multiple position categories required to support warehouse and logistics operations at Torii Station (Buildings 290 and 291) and distributed locations across Camps Kinser, McTureous, Foster, Lester, and Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. The spreadsheet likely outlines authorized headcount maximums by job classification to control labor costs under the firm-fixed-price contract structure and ensure compliance with budget parameters during the performance period.
Without access to the specific cell contents and data structure of the Excel file, the precise staffing numbers and position categories cannot be detailed; however, this tool functions as a key compliance document for contractors to manage personnel resources within approved limits while performing warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, delivery services, property disposition, furniture assembly and movement, and work-request management during standard operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with provisions for authorized emergency support.
